Ariats collection by the Gevorkian Winery has been created to continue the noteworthy traditions developed by many generation of Armenian winemakers. The collection has been created using the Kakhani method, thus, the winemakers at Gevorkian Winery revived the ancient Armenian Kakhani tradition of producing noble wines from dried grapes. Kakhani is a tribute by Gevorkian Winery to the skills and patience of ancient Armenian winemakers who developed their own technology of late-harvest wines.
