This wine is amber in color with a delicate golden sheen. It features a multilayered nose with harmoniously combined hints of Armenian dried apricot, beeswax, mountain blossoms, and fragrant almonds. The palate is dominated by dried white cherry, accompanied with a balanced blend of wild pear and fresh almond, followed by a long lasting aftertaste of walnuts, with slight tannins. The wine is produced using and an ancient traditional method (skin contact- 6 months, natural, without sulfites) from the indigenous "Voskehat" grape variety, which is cultivated in a special area of protected geographical indication in Vayots Dzor region. It is aged for 6 months in one-hundred-year-old clay amphorae-"karases", followed by 6 months in barrels made of Armnenian oak-tree.
