Jigouli 06 is made from grape Areni. It is a blend of 50% carbonic maceration (whole cluster) and 50% very light maceration after crushing. This wine is fruity, with an aromatic bouquet and many flavor nuances. Light in structure, this wine offers an alternative approach to the traditional vinification of the Areni grape variety we know. No additives were added during vinification, aging or bottling. The goal is to make a wine that is most faithful to its terroir, without using ingredients that change its identity. Wine can be served with both traditional Armenian dishes and European dishes.
