Grape variety: Meghrabuyr. Maceration: 3 weeks. Aged on less 2 months (battonage twice in month), then aged in Tavush oak barrel over 6 months. The wine has seductive aromas of rose petals, dried cherries, barberry, roasted almonds, beeswax and spice. Partial aging in oak softens the balance, making it more rounded and full-bodied. Bambakashat wines are made exclusively from our own grapes, hand-picked and organically grown on vines with their own root system.
