Grape variety: Garan Dmak. Maceration: 4 weeks. Aged on less 1 months (battonage twice in month), then aged in Tavush oak barrel over 6 months. The wine has aromas of honey and wild pear, hints of wild flowers, candied fruit and white tea. Orange with barely noticeable tannins, moderate acidity and perfectly integrated green tea bitterness. Bambakashat wines are made exclusively from our own grapes, hand-picked and organically grown on vines with their own root system.
