Sharos wine is produced from the endemic Areni grape variety, which grows in our own gardens located in the village of Aghavnadzor, Vayotsdzor region, from grapes obtained from 63-year-old orchards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine material lives with sediment for two months, during which it acquires pleasant tannins and beautiful fruit and berry flavors. Reduction occurs naturally. The wine has tones of cherry, refreshing aromas of prunes and black pepper. Sharos wine is produced in limited quantities: 1000 bottles per year.
