This multi-layered wine is made using the ancient Armenian "kakhani" method, which involves drying select grape clusters under special conditions, suspended on ropes, for 3-4 months. The wine is made from the endemic Areni grape variety, grown in a specially protected geographical area of the Vayots Dzor region. The wine is made from a blend of Ariats Areni Kes Kahani Red Dry wines from the 2014, 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023 vintages. After blending, the wine is aged for 12 months in Armenian oak barrels.
