The vineyards are located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. A beautiful mix of grape varieties that we are not used to seeing together. Crystal clear wine with hints of pink and white berries. Well prepared, delicious: crunchy with a sharp end.
